After a trip to Atlantic Canada for a good old East Coast wedding, soon followed by a creative planning trip to NYC, we quickly discovered that we found our baby! That baby is our lobster roll.
Today, lobster rolls are found in the most expensive restaurants in NYC & worldwide but their origins are with the masses and were once considered peasant food.
Our mission is to bring the coveted lobster roll back to the street and chef/owner Matt Dean Pettit has succeeded in bringing affordable lobster to the city of Toronto.
